All construction and engineering projects are susceptible to disputes. Cammisar Consulting´s aim is to assist clients in minimising risk by the use of appropriate procurement arrangements, dispute avoidance strategies and effective dispute management and resolution procedures.

At the pre-contract stage our services include providing advice on forms of procurement, contract strategies and commercial procedures. If required, we can also advise upon, draft and negotiate contract documents and related specialist documents.

During the post-contract stage our services include providing advice on contract administration and problem identification and solving. Our aim is the early identification of potential problems in order to prevent them from developing into disputes. Once a problem has been identified we advise on the remedies available and actions to be implemented. In the event that disputes cannot be avoided we can prepare, present and analyse claims and negotiate claim settlements.

We are experienced in working with other professionals as members of multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in relation to major disputes, litigation and arbitration. We provide arbitration and litigation support, including the provision of Expert Witness services.
